Bicaca Lakefront Resort​

Effective Date: March 1, 2026

1. Reservations​

​

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit. Confirmation details will be sent via email or WhatsApp. All guests must provide valid identification upon check-in.

2. Check-In & Check-Out​

​

  • Check-in: From 3:00 PM

  • Check-out: By 12:00 PM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

3. Rates & Payment​

​

Room rates are quoted in Rwandan Francs (RWF) unless otherwise stated.

Rates may include:

  • Breakfast

Full payment may be required prior to arrival depending on the booking type.

4. Cancellation Policy​

​

Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge until 6:00 PM (18:00) Rwanda time on the day prior to the scheduled check-in date.

Cancellations made after 6:00 PM on the day prior to arrival, as well as no-shows, will incur a charge equivalent to one (1) night’s stay.

For multi-night reservations, the first night will be charged and the remaining nights may be released.

Group bookings or special promotional rates may be subject to separate cancellation conditions.

5. Guest Conduct​

​

To preserve the tranquil atmosphere of Bicaca Lakefront Resort:

  • Excessive noise is not permitted.

  • Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to property caused during their stay.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who violates resort policies.

 

 

6. Liability​

​

While we take every precaution to ensure guest safety, Bicaca Lakefront Resort is not responsible for:

  • Loss or theft of personal belongings

  • Injuries resulting from misuse of facilities

  • Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure events)

Guests use facilities, including the infinity pool and recreational equipment, at their own discretion.

 

 

7. Privacy​

​

All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

 

8. Modifications​

​

Bicaca Lakefront Resort reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
